There’s a restlessness about our rest. As we try to understand ourselves in our new context we find some of the old ways of catching our breathe aren’t readily available or are different and therefore not guaranteed to be comfortable or easy. But rest has come; we’ve just had to work to accept it on new terms.
In the case of these photographs, it was fly then drive then drive some more. Then we were their looking out on the Himalayas and for a moment we were taken, focused, satisfied.
